Thank you for starting this blog. I hope this is a place we can complain about the political side of scheduling our peers. I am a physician who schedules for our large family practice group. While using our online computer program to schedule and make changes has helped imensely, the younger doctors seem to take it personally when I publish the schedule. The older ones think it is so much better than when we only had 5 or 6 doctors and seem to take things more in stride. Any suggestions for me?
